WBR Connect — Service Requests & Community Updates

WBR Connect is West Baton Rouge Parish’s resident service request program, powered by SeeClickFix 311 CRM. It makes it easy to report non-emergency issues, share helpful details (photos + location), and track progress from submission to resolution. This one page is the official landing page for app downloads, QR codes, and helpful links.

WBR Connect lets you quickly submit requests for assistance with parish issues and follow updates on what’s being addressed. (Examples include potholes, street sign concerns, sidewalks, property maintenance concerns, drainage concerns, and more.) 

Submit a Request (App or Web)

You can submit a new request using the app, or from a computer using the web request form. Adding a clear description, a photo, and an accurate location helps our teams respond faster and more efficiently.

Why We’re Using WBR Connect

This system improves accountability and transparency by giving residents a clear way to report non-emergency concerns and follow progress through status updates. It also helps Parish departments route, manage, and resolve requests more efficiently. 

Common Requests You Can Report

Here are a few examples of requests available in WBR Connect:

  • Parks & Recreation: broken or damaged facilities, playground equipment concerns, splash pad problems, sports program concerns
  • Public Works: illegal dumping, potholes, street signs,  drainage issues, canal/culvert concerns
  • Animals & Mosquito Control: lost/found pets, request an animal trap, mosquito control requests
  • Fire Department: request smoke alarm, broken or damaged fire hydrant
  • Property / Code Concerns: vacant property concerns, property maintenance issues, zoning
  • Utilities: missed trash/recycling pickup, natural gas service issues, water service issues, sewer issues (non-emergency)

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • Is WBR Connect free? Yes. The app is free to download and you can also submit requests using the web request form. 
  • What should I include in my request? Please include a clear description, the exact location (or closest address/landmark), and a photo when possible.
  • Can I see updates after I submit? Yes. Requests can be tracked as they move through review and resolution, which helps support transparency and accountability.
  • What if someone already reported the same issue? If an issue is already reported, you may be able to follow the existing request instead of creating a duplicate. 

Important: When NOT to Use WBR Connect

WBR Connect is for non-emergency service requests. If you have an emergency, always call 911.

  • Dangerous animals: Please call Dispatch at 225-490-8599 immediately.
  • Gas leak / smell gas: Leave the area and call 911 (or Dispatch at 225-490-8599). 
  • Dead animals: Not handled by the Parish (contact your waste management provider or a private removal service).
